Separate packs in freezer. Allow at least 30 minutes for gumEase® to chill to freezer temperature.

After 30 minutes, open one gumEase®. Bend it into a mouthpiece shape.

Push gumEase® back between your cheeks and gums - in front of teeth.

Spread gumEase® apart as far as possible, to the top of your upper gums, and the bottom of your lower gums.

Leave gumEase® in place three to four minutes. Then, remove.

Replace with another chilled gumEase®. Leave in place for four to five minutes.

If needed, repeat all steps above.
