CryoDevices to Begin Manufacturing Advanced, State-Of-The-Art Dental Anesthetic Device
LINCOLN, CALIFORNIA, USA (MAY 17, 2006) - CRYODEVICES IRELAND LTD. - a medical technology company specializing in exclusively manufacturing and marketing the new and innovative gumEase® cryo-anesthesia dental device product line internationally and MEDISIZE recently entered into a firm letter of intent leading to a final long-term contract to manufacture, assemble, package, test and validate gumEase® products for shipment to CryoDevices contracted dental/medical device distributors.
The patented gumEase® technology designed and developed by BioMeDevice Ltd. is a revolutionary step forward in the concept of dental anesthesia in that it allows dentists, orthodontists and certain oral medical and surgical specialties to almost completely eliminate the use of needles and drugs to provide anesthesia or numbness during most procedures.
Both patients and dental professionals can benefit from use of gumEase® dental device. The patient's age-old fear of dental pain will be greatly reduced if not completely eliminated after time and the dental practitioner will enjoy increases in patient efficiency resulting in a variety of business benefits such as increased profitability.

BioMeDevice Ltd. has entered into a manufacturing and distribution partnership with Cryodevices Ireland, Ltd. and Medisize Ireland Ltd. to manufacture gumEase® with the same rigorous standards of the US FDA.
